鉴于Huobi Global即将在2021年12月底前清退中国大陆用户账户的不幸事件，在此公告中，我们想告知Huobi Global上的CVCOIN ERC20交易者和持有人以下路线图。
1. 从11月30日开始，Huobi用户可以根据CVN转型计划，通过CVNX Web 3.0 dApp提取CVCOIN ERC20并换取新的CVNX ERC20治理代币。

2. 2. 2021年12月，新的CVNX市场和流动性池将在DEX上开放（Uniswap、Pancakeswap、Sushiswap）。
3. 2022年1月，新的CVNX市场将在HitBTC交易所开放（适用于中国大陆用户）。
4. 4.Crypviser团队正在与更多的交易所（Gate,io,Bittrex）商谈CVNX的上市事宜。
什么是CVNX？
CVNX治理令牌将赋予持有人影响有关Crypviser 2.0智能平台核心参数、产品和功能发展路线图、商业计划和定价以及其他好处的决定权。CVNX的主要目的是将控制权交还给用户。CVNX代币的持有者可以通过治理投票机制建议或影响有关Crypviser 2.0智能平台的关键决策。

In the light of upcoming unlucky event of retiring China Mainland user accounts on Huobi Global by end of December 2021, with this announcement we would like to inform CVCOIN ERC20 traders and holders on Huobi Global about the following roadmap:
1. Starting from November, 30 Huobi users can withdraw CVCOIN ERC20 and swap for the new CVNX ERC20 Governance Token through CVNX Web 3.0 dApp in according to the CVN Transformation Plan.

2. In December 2021 new CVNX markets and liquidity pools will be opened on DEX (Uniswap, Pancakeswap, Sushiswap)
3. In January 2022 new CVNX markets will be opened on HitBTC Exchange (available for China Mainland users)
4. Negotiation with more exchanges for CVNX listing (Gate,io, Bittrex) is going on by Crypviser team
What is CVNX Governance Token?
The CVNX Governance Token will confer holders the power to influence decisions concerning the Crypviser 2.0 Smart Platform core parameters, products, and features development roadmap, business plan and pricing, and other Benefits. The primary purpose of CVNX is to give control back to users. Holders of CVNX tokens can suggest or influence critical decisions about the Crypviser 2.0 Smart Platform through a governance voting mechanism.
What is CVNX Web 3.0 dApp?
The CVNX dApp is a Web 3.0 application which allows to swap CVCOIN ERC20, CVCOIN BTS and CVT tokens to CVNX and store in any Ethereum ERC20 compatible wallet (MetaMask, TrustWallet, WalletConnect, MEW etc.) in user-friendly and easy-to-use environment.
No special software or skills will be required to perform the swap.
The detailed user guideline and instructions will be provided in the CVNX dApp
The CVNX Web 3.0 dApp will work in normal browser such Google Chrome and will become available on November, 30
After the swap new CVNX token can be stored in the connected ERC20 compatible wallet (MetaMask, TrustWallet, ConnectWallet, Mew)
Where can I trade CVNX after the swap?
The new CVNX markets will be opened first trough liquidity pools on DEX Exchanges (Uniswap, Pancakeswap, Sushiswap) and HitBTC Exchange.
The CVNX swap date on Huobi Global is still TBA and will be announced later.
